We are Nazi’s

Moonbattery, (I love that name), links to this Frank Rich op-ed which equates supporting Bushitler’s Blitztkrieg-war-on-all-humanity war.

Our humanity has been compromised by those who use Gestapo tactics in our war. The longer we stand idly by while they do so, the more we resemble those “good Germans” who professed ignorance of their own Gestapo. It’s up to us to wake up our somnambulant Congress to challenge administration policy every day. Let the war’s last supporters filibuster all night if they want to. There is nothing left to lose except whatever remains of our country’s good name. ~nytimes.com

Whoops, Frank has inadvertantly stepped over the line and into Godwin’s law.

Syrian nukes

Syrian Nuclear Reactor bombed by Israel?

WASHINGTON, Oct. 13 — Israel’s air attack on Syria last month was directed against a site that Israeli and American intelligence analysts judged was a partly constructed nuclear reactor, apparently modeled on one North Korea has used to create its stockpile of nuclear weapons fuel, according to American and foreign officials with access to the intelligence reports.  ~nytimes.com

If Syria had a partly constructed nuclear reactor Iran’s is probably much further along, wouldn’t you think? They’ve been at it far longer and are highly motivated.

Why not in Palestine?

It’s clear to me that the One Voice peace movement is plagued by irony (just as all left-leaning groups are).

Canadian Rocker Bryan Adams to Give Free Concerts **in Israel** if Attendees Sign Peace Pledge

Oh, c’mon. Why not in peace/life loving Palestine?

The New York-based One Voice peace movement said the concerts were aimed at bolstering its campaign to collect one million signatures of ordinary Israelis and Palestinians demanding that their leaders sit down and finalize an agreement on a Palestinian state living at peace with Israel.

The head of One Voice’s Ramallah office, Fathi Darwish, said Adams would launch the West Bank event at a football stadium in the ancient town of Jericho, then head to Tel Aviv to perform.

“Our goal is to send a message to the world, that the Palestinian people love life, and hope for life and liberation,” Darwish said.  ~foxonews.com

Who’s the enemy?

William Kristol has pointed out a fact that reveals the true face of liberalism in America. The ROTC is not welcome at Columbia University but Ahmadinejad is. Anyone else see a pattern here?

From John Kerry calling our troops uneducated to Cindy Sheehan calling them war criminals, (oh wait, Kerry did that too), democrats and liberals express hatred, loathing, and disgust for our military and America but welcome ‘dialogue’ with enemies who also express hatred, loathing, and disgust for our military and America. What can this possibly mean? Continue reading Who’s the enemy?

War with Iran

Speaking of the inevitable… the war with Iran will be devastating and decisive. At least the initial phase will be. Perhaps we should skip the occupation and just stick to the invasion and eradication of enemy forces.

The war with Iran is inevitable because Iran will make it so. Continue reading War with Iran

Murtha has nothing to say

Corrupt congressman John Murtha had no problem accusing our troops of, “killing in cold blood,” before any investigation was concluded and before any type of trial had even started but now that charges are being dismissed he can’t comment because, “the trial is still going on.”

Profiles in courage? Not. Slandering our troops is easy, saying you’re sorry is not. Murtha should be impeached.

HotAir has video of Murtha, “under heavy questioning, redeployed to the elevator.”

What a coincidence!

The left and our enemies want the same exact things!

Speaking to thousands of worshippers during the first Friday prayer of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan, Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said that Bush will be called to account for the U.S.-led invasion of Iraq.

“A day will come that the current U.S. president and officials will be tried in an international supreme court for the catastrophes they caused in Iraq,” he said. ~foxnews.com

Is the Ayatollah channeling John Conyers, Bill Moyers, Nancy Pelosi, DailyKos, MoveOn.org, et al?

Kucinich meets Assad

The problem with liberals and the left is that they see no evil but America. And of course any enemy of ‘evil’ is a friend of the left:

US Democratic hopeful Kucinich meets Assad, blasts Bush

…Kucinich, who accused the Bush administration of policies that have destabilized the Mideast, met with Syrian President Bashar Assad during his visit to Damascus. He said Assad was receptive to his ideas of “strength through peace.”  ~jpost.com
